The 3D Multi-Abductor is designed with a multiplanar 3D motion with an optimised resistance profile that ensures the glutes are challenged through the entire range of motion. The adjustable seat back shifts the emphasis from the gluteus maximus to the medius muscles.

Adjustable for optimal training

Designed to tilt to five different angles, the multi-position back pad targets both the gluteus maximus and medius muscles. Adjustable thigh pads provide multiple starting positions for comfortable entry/exit, ensuring optimal muscle engagement.
