The Hip Thrust Elite is the smith machine for the glutes! Exercisers can move the barbell freely up and down, or slide it for a perfect fit for every body. Double linear carriage allows the barbell to move with the motion of the exerciser, replicating the natural mechanics of the movement.
Natural personal movement
Featuring a dual linear bearing system, the barbell moves smoothly with the exerciser in both vertical and horizontal directions throughout the movement.
The unique 3D-angled, non-slip foot platform ensures consistent foot contact and allows for external hip rotation throughout the range of motion.
Adjustable back and shoulder pads
The shoulder pads and an oversized back pad easily adjust to allow exercisers to get the right fit for their body, provide stability and improve their technique.
