The Glute Press was designed to target the hips, glutes and quads. The four weight-loading points enable exercisers to optimise resistance throughout the range of motion, allowing for adjustment to lighter or heavier loads at different stages of the movement.
Curved motion path and stable platform
The design features a unique downward-curved motion path that specifically targets the hips and glutes, while multiple weight plate-loading points provide an adjustable resistance profile.
The adjustable shoulder pads and oversized non-slip footplate offer exercisers stability throughout the movement while providing the option for single-leg variations.
Personalised range of motion
The multi-angle backrest offers four adjustable positions, allowing the emphasis to shift between the glutes and quadriceps. This provides a customised range of motion and enables easy entry and exit.
