The Glute Lunge is a versatile training platform that accommodates various lunge movements, sissy squats and deadlifts. It includes an oversized footplate and adjustable ankle and calf pads that securely support the user during exercises. Additionally, it includes unique front support bars that enhance balance during movements with unilateral loading.
Four movements in one
The angled sliding platform moves along two separate guide rods for a deeper range of motion and accommodates popular exercises such as reverse lunges, side lunges, deadlifts and sissy squats.
Stable underfoot
The oversized non-slip footplate and the adjustable ankle and calf pads provide a secure foundation for single-leg movements, while the two front support bars help exercisers maintain balance during unilateral loaded movement.
